Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to all works, bookings, consultations, and quotations agreed between the client and Reline-Drains Ltd. By commissioning our services via phone, email, or our website form, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• Quotations are provided upfront based on initial problem assessments. Unforeseen structural collapses, foreign obstructions, or deep chamber defects discovered during CCTV surveys will be communicated and quoted transparently before proceeding.
• Out-of-hours callouts or emergency requests outside standard operating hours (Monday–Friday 08:00 – 17:00) may carry applicable emergency surcharge rates as stated during phone consultation.
• No hidden fees: All charges are explained prior to commencing physical work on your drainage system.

3. Site Access & Safety

The client agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to manholes, inspection chambers, water supplies, and affected drainage points. Our certified drainage engineers operate under strict UK health, safety, and confined space regulations.

4. Guarantees & Workmanship

We take pride in exceptional workmanship. Structural trenchless pipe relining and permanent drain repairs come with standard guarantees on materials and application against structural resin defects. General blockage clearances address existing obstructions at the time of service; recurrence caused by improper disposal (wipes, fat, construction debris) or unaddressed collapsed earthenware pipes is excluded from blockage guarantees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of domestic works unless alternate commercial terms or credit accounts have been authorized in writing. Payment may be made via card, bank transfer, or invoice terms as specified.
