New drainage runs, building extensions, and septic tanks must comply with UK Building Regulations Part H. We design, install, and pressure-test systems to meet local authority Building Control standards seamlessly.
Under Environment Agency General Binding Rules, septic tanks can no longer discharge directly into ditches or surface watercourses. They must connect to a compliant drainage field (soakaway) or be upgraded to a package sewage treatment plant.
Our engineers hold certified City & Guilds Confined Space Entry qualifications, utilising multi-gas detectors, rescue tripods, safety harnesses, and forced air ventilation for chambers deeper than 1.2 metres.
